According to customer needs, non-woven bag manufacturers need to use color printers to print patterns on plastic film bags according to established patterns. The key point of this step is plate making and pigment blending.

5. Cutting the film. This step is to reposition the length of the film and cut the film into semi-finished products according to the length of the non-woven bag required by the customer.

5. Making finished non-woven bags. This step is completed on the bag making machine, using a heat-sealing knife to seal the plastic film into a finished non-woven bag with only one opening, and the stitching width is also determined according to customized requirements.
