To distinguish the quality of non-woven bags, the following points should be noted:
Thickness uniformity
Good fabrics will not have a big difference in thickness in the light of the environment; poor fabrics will appear very uneven, and the texture contrast of the fabrics will be larger. This will greatly reduce the load-bearing weight of the fabric. At the same time, the fabric with poor hand feel will feel very hard and not soft.
Elasticity
Non-woven fabric is a kind of non-woven fabric, which directly uses high polymer chips, short fibers or filaments to form fibers through air flow or machinery, and then undergoes hydroentanglement, needle punching, or hot rolling reinforcement, and finally after finishing Formed non-woven fabric. To reduce costs and add some recycled materials (ie recycled materials) and a corresponding proportion of curing agents to the raw materials, the resulting fabrics have poor tensile strength and are difficult to recover. It feels that the fabric will be thicker and stiffer, but not soft. In this case, the bearing capacity is poor, and it will be much more difficult to decompose, which is not environmentally friendly.
Line spacing
The optimal force requirement of the fabric texture is 5 stitches per inch, so that the bags sewn in this way are beautiful and have strong bearing capacity. The thread spacing of non-woven fabrics is less than 5 needles per inch, and the bearing capacity is poor.
bag load
The load-carrying weight of the bag has a lot to do with the tensile strength, elasticity, and line spacing and line of the material of the bag. Imported environmentally friendly materials are used, and the thread is made of 402 pure cotton thread. The distance between the threads is strictly in accordance with the distance of one inch and 5 needles, so as to ensure the carrying weight of the bag.
Printing clarity
The net drying is not firm, the pulling is uneven, the uniform strength of the printing master when scraping the ink, and the viscosity of the pulp adjusted by the pulping master will lead to the unclear printing effect.
