Generally, there are two kinds of printing materials that can be selected by non-woven bag manufacturers, one is water-based elastic glue, and the other is ink. For example, the printing on general non-woven bags is made of water-based elastic glue. The characteristics of this water-based elastic glue are that the effect after printing has a significant concave and convex feeling, and has good coverage, washable, and There is no peculiar smell at all, and ink is generally used in the screen printing of general objects, such as the appearance of metal boxes, etc. This printing process is characterized by high printing accuracy. But why do our factories usually use water-based elastic glue? This is mainly due to the following factors:

1. Different from the surface of ordinary objects, the mesh on the surface of the fabric is relatively large. Choose ordinary ink for printing. If the coverage rate is not good, that is to say, after printing, a lot of the background color of the fabric itself is exposed. This kind of printing The effect will be ugly, so we use water-based elastic glue because of the surface properties of the fabric itself.

2. Mix the color paste and water-based elastic glue when printing. No chemical solvent is needed when printing the plate, and it can be washed directly with water. It is characterized by good tinting strength, strong covering and fastness, washing resistance, and basically no odor.

3. Water-based elastic glue is a relatively environmentally friendly ink, and there is basically no odor. Therefore, since we are making non-woven bags, of course, we must choose environmentally friendly inks.
