Now it is difficult to find in the market without fading of ink.

If the printed non-woven bag is rubbed with hands and the ink falls off into powder, then how about the good ink we use? Of course, the problem of color fading with good ink can be solved. In fact, a large amount of ink is mixed in the ink. Glue is commonly known as glue printing, and there are also problems that come with it. Since the ink is mixed with a large amount of glue, the concentration of the ink itself is reduced, so the printed effect is relatively poor. The so-called white or not white, the color is not bright.

Another is the problem of color registration, which is also the dead end of screen printing. Screen printing is completely manual to complete the color registration. For some patterns with accurate color registration, it is impossible to achieve accurate registration.

There is also a screen printing that superimposes one color and one color to display the color behind, so screen printing cannot do dot printing, like some offset printing equipment, when red and yellow are stacked together, it becomes green and can have gradients , but screen printing all these effects can not be achieved.
